INGREDIENTS

  • PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1 pkg (18.3 oz each) Duncan Hines® Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 container (14 oz each) Duncan Hines® Whipped Fluffy White Frosting
  • 4 PEEPS® Brand Marshmallow Bunnies
  • 15 PEEPS® Brand Marshmallow Chicks

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray 8 or 9-inch square pan with cooking spray.
  2. Stir brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water together in large bowl until well blended, about 50 strokes. Pour into pan. Bake according to package directions.
  3. Cool brownies on wire rack for 15 minutes. Carefully flip pan over and turn brownies out onto rack to cool completely.
  4. Cut cooled brownies diagonally into 2 triangles. Cut each triangle in half for 4 triangles total. Frost each triangle, transfer to serving tray, and arrange into desired butterfly shapes using a PEEPS® Marshmallow Bunny for the body of each.
  5. Using a knife or clean kitchen shears, cut up assorted colors of PEEPS® Brand Marshmallow Chicks and Bunnies into different sizes and shapes and place on bunnyfly wings to create a colorful mosaic design. Serve and enjoy your festive fluttering bunnyfly brownie.

TIP: Cut a v-shaped notch out of the side of each wing to give it more of a butterfly shape!
