A fun treat for spring, these parfaits are layered with cotton candy infused cheesecake filling, graham cracker crumbs, and PEEPS® Cotton Candy Flavored Marshmallow Chicks.

In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and heavy cream. Beat on high speed until smooth and creamy. Separate the mixture into two bowls and add the cotton candy to each bowl. Blend until smooth. Transfer the pink and blue fillings to two separate piping bags.
To Assemble:
Pour some graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of a tall glass, followed by a layer of the pink filling, then the blue filling. Add a layer of chopped PEEPS® Cotton Candy Flavored Marshmallow Chicks, and continue until you reach the top of the glass. Finish with a layer of graham cracker crumbs, and a PEEPS® Chick on top. Enjoy!
