1. Use a serrated knife to cut off the lower portion of the ice cream cone. Set aside the remaining piece of the ice cream cone to eat later!
2. Dip the remaining portion of the cone and the cookie into melted chocolate.
3. Allow the melted chocolate to cool and harden on a cooling tray
4. Once cooled, use a little bit of melted chocolate to attach the cookie to the bottom of the cone. This should look like a magician’s hat!
5. Cut a strip of candy ribbon to ½” wide and wrap it around the seam where the cookie and cone meet. Secure it with melted chocolate and hold until it stays in place.
6. Use kitchen scissors to cut the base of the PEEPS^® Marshmallow Bunny. This will expose the marshmallow inside and you can stick the Bunny onto the “hat.”
