PEEPS® S’mores Brownie Pie
Our s'mores brownie pie recipe combines crunchy graham cracker crust with fudgy brownie filling, melty milk chocolate and PEEPS® Delights™ S’mores Graham Cracker Flavored Marshmallow Chicks!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 pkg (18.3 oz each) Duncan Hines® Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons water
- 18 PEEPS® Delights™ S’mores Graham Cracker Flavored Marshmallow Chicks, divided use
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie pan lightly with cooking spray. Stir graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar together in small bowl. Press into bottom and about 1/2-inch up the sides of pan. Bake 8 minutes, until lightly browned.
- Stir brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water together in large bowl until well blended, about 50 strokes. Pour into pie pan and spread evenly. Bake 40 to 42 minutes, until toothpick inserted in about 2-inches from edge of pan comes out clean.
- Use kitchen shears to cut 9 PEEPS® Delights™ S’mores Flavored Marshmallow Chicks into 1/2-inch pieces. Place on top of pie in single layer. Bake 4 minutes, until melted and puffed. Use extreme caution when heating PEEPS® Delights™ S’mores flavored Marshmallow Chicks; they may be hot. Handle with care.
- Pour chocolate chips evenly over hot pie and let stand about 5 minutes. When chocolate appears shiny and melted, spread it out in an even layer. Top with remaining PEEPS® Delights™ S’mores flavored Marshmallow Chicks. Cool at least 30 minutes. Slice and serve your s’mores brownie pie!
