PEEPS^® S’mores Pastries

INGREDIENTS

2 sheets puff pastry
¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
8 squares of chocolate
2 packages of PEEPS^® Delights^™ S’mores Graham Cracker Flavored Marshmallow Chicks
1 egg, beaten
1 can chocolate frosting, melted

Preheat oven to 350°
Unroll the puff pastry sheet and slice into even squares
To each square, add a layer of graham cracker crumbs, a piece of chocolate then top with a PEEPS^® Delights^™ S’mores Flavored Marshmallow Chick
Place a second piece of pastry on top, then crimp the edges closed with a fork
Brush with egg wash and place in oven at 350° for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown
Once cooled to room temperature, drizzle on the melted chocolate frosting and add a sprinkling of graham cracker crumbs

Note: Use extreme caution when heating PEEPS^® Marshmallow; they may be hot. Handle with care.
